The mattress consists of robust open coil springs with a hand-tufted finish, designed to ensure the fillings are held securely in place. Set out in rows running from head to toe, each row of springs is connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire. To further strengthen the finished unit, a thick rod-edge wire is fitted around the perimeter springs to reinforce the mattress border. The deep divan base comes with a variety of options, including base type, storage and feet, allowing you to create a bed to suit your needs.
